Thank you for considering Tacos Don Chai! We’d be honored to bring bold, delicious flavors to your celebration. Our catering package includes an unlimited taco station with your choice of up to three proteins: brisket birria, chicken, al pastor, or carne asada. We also provide a complete salsa bar featuring our fan-favorite pineapple salsa, red salsa, green salsa, cilantro, onions, pickled onions, and more. Vegetarian fajitas are available upon request.

ON-SITE TACO BAR

We bring the taquería to you! Our team sets up a complete taco station and prepares fresh, made-to-order tacos right in front of your guests. Perfect for weddings, parties, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations, our on-site taco bar turns the meal into part of the experience. With fresh toppings, flavorful salsas, and tacos served hot off the grill, your guests will enjoy a memorable meal prepared with care.

LARGE GROUP ORDERS, READY TO GO

Need something fresh, convenient, and easy to serve? Our bulk catering options include burritos, quesabirrias, rice, beans, chips, salsa, and more—all carefully packed and ready for pickup or delivery. Perfect for office lunches, school functions, team meals, and family gatherings, every order is prepared with quality ingredients and plenty of flavor. We make feeding your group simple and stress-free.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Catering includes plates, napkins, utensils, and 5 gallons of one agua fresca flavor: horchata, pineapple, strawberry, passion fruit, cucumber lime, Jamaica, soursop, blackberry, or tamarind. Pricing is $16 per guest plus a $100 setup and service fee, including full taco-station setup and 2 hours of service. Add rice and beans, serving 40–45 guests, for $100.

Our catering service is available for groups of 40 or more. Need additional time? Add an extra hour of service for $100. Travel fees may apply to events located more than 20 miles from Martinez. The Tacos Don Chai team brings everything needed for a smooth, flavorful, and memorable experience.
