Thanks for considering Tacos Don Chaí! We’re honored to bring the flavor to your next celebration. Our catering package includes an Unlimited Taco Station with up to three meats: Brisket Birria, Chicken, Al Pastor, or Carne Asada. We also include a full salsa bar with fan favorites like pineapple salsa, red and green salsa, onions, and more.

On-Site Taco Bar

We bring the taquería to you! Our team sets up a full taco bar with fresh ingredients and tacos made to order right in front of your guests. It’s perfect for weddings, parties, and special events where the food is part of the fun. With all the fixings and big flavor, your guests get a meal they’ll remember — hot off the grill and served with care.

Need something fast, fresh, and easy to serve? Our bulk catering includes burritos, quesabirrias, rice, beans, chips, salsa, and more — packed up and ready for pickup or delivery. Great for office lunches, school functions, or family gatherings, we make sure every order is full of quality and ready to feed your crew with zero stress.
What’s Included in the Setup

What’s Included in the Setup

We’ve got you covered with plates, napkins, utensils, and 5 gallons of refreshing Agua Fresca — choose from Horchata, Pineapple, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Cucumber Lime, Jamaica, Soursop, Blackberry, or Tamarind. The package is $15 per person with a $100 setup fee, which includes 2 hours of service. Add a rice & beans tray (serves 40–45) for $100.

Our catering service is designed for groups of 40 or more. Need more time? Add an extra hour of service for $100. For events over 20 miles from Martinez, travel fees apply. We bring everything you need to make your event delicious, smooth, and memorable — all served with care by the Tacos Don Chaí crew.
